Herbs and their uses

Herbs deserve their own little section too! ::

This page describes some of my favourite Medicinal plants that I use regularly ( in alphabetical order in their Latin name). I included a picture, quick description & history, their medicinal uses, how they can benefit you and various ways to use them.

There is also a Glossary for those complicated little words!

WARNING :: Please make sure that if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or are just unsure if a herb is the right one for you, you should consult a herbal medicine practitioner before use. Never collect a herb from the wild if you are unsure and if it is an endangered species!
